  • Free Express delivery for orders over $60.00 NZD (1-3 business days) 
  • Orders under $60 - $9.99 NZD (1-3 business days)  

Rural Delivery

  • Orders under $60 (1-3 business days) --------- Cost: $9.99 NZD
  • Orders over $60.00 NZD (1-3 business days) -- Cost: $3.5 NZD

 

Note: all orders do not require signature upon delivery. If there are no recipients available at the time of delivery, the courier service has the right to Leave the package in a safe area on the property.

 

Please check all shipping details listed is correct prior to completing your order. Once your order has left our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes. The address submitted on order is final and any changes required are to be requested through the Courier Service.

 

Shipping Disclaimer: We LN boutique ship orders as soon as possible; however, this will not always be the same day that the order is placed. In general, please allow 1-3 business days for processing time and please note that during sale periods we may have additional delays. We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. All dates are estimated. Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when the order is placed.

Customers are responsible for providing LN Boutique with their correct shipping address. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.

 

If items are unclaimed at the Depot for more than 10 days, your item will not be returned to sender - Our carrier will destroy this. LN Boutique holds no responsibility to cover costs and no refunds will be issued in this instance. You, as the buyer, are responsible for claiming your goods.  LN boutique does not take responsibility for any shipment delays by our carriers. No refunds/exchanges for shipping costs will be given in these cases.

 

We do not offer refunds/exchanges for "change of mind." 

For ALL orders placed online, store pickup is NOT an option.

 

International Shipments: 

We offer international shipping. Shipments outside of New Zealand may sometimes take anywhere from 1-5 days via express and 2 to 4 weeks for standard delivery.

 

Please be aware: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. 

 

As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. Orders may be returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at the post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and required to pay for re-shipment postage.

Returns

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@lnboutique.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
