We have a 30 day exchange policy. Where an item should be in sellable condition and should not have any damage.

We have an online return policy for faulty items only. No exchanges or refunds provided for change of mind so please select carefully. Due to the small nature of our order’s there is no guarantee that we will have more stock in a different size than what has been ordered. Size and colours are true to descriptions.

For customers in Auckland, we do next day delivery. For the rest of New Zealand, orders will take between 3-5 days to be delivered. Please allow one and a half weeks for Australian delivery.

We offer standard European shoe sizing and our LN Boutique’s run true to size. Our shoes are designed to fit your foot the longer they are worn.

Materials do differ slightly from shoe to shoe, but our leathers are made from genuine cow, buffalo and sometimes camel. Camel skin, 100% cotton, and cotton mix is used on the outer upper of the shoe. Red paint has been used on the sole for softness.

All shoes are hand stitched together using cotton and a small amount of adhesive, made from vegetables. We are working on bringing a range of 100% vegan leather juttis for our vegan customers.

Yes, we offer Laybuy and Afterpay. Please select the option you would like to pay with at checkout.

As our shoes are made by hand they take longer to make than many fast fashion retailers. Therefore, we only order and stock small runs of each pattern displayed in our store. If a design you liked is no longer listed it will not be restocked.
